had another dream that was writing worthy

its short because my previous dream was me wrecking in splatoon

anyways, there was this child playing in a room, there was two doors on either side of the room(both closed)
suddenly this black shadow (either anthro dog shape or child shape) with huge white eyes came out of the wall
the child decided he wanted to befriend it, and tried talking to it
then the kids dad walks in, country lookin guy, stubble, dirty blond, maybe in his thirties. single dad.
the dad goes 'no! no, no, no!" as his child goes out the door, holding the shadows hand
the child and the shadow go through several rooms before the dad loses him and breaks down crying
the dad goes into another room with a tv and wii u
he actually starts playing the wii u to try and forget this happened
he eventually passes out
but he's woken up in the middle of the night by another shadow. it seems to reflect his looks.
the dad starts to cry, then runs away and out the room
eventually the shadow catches up to him, engulfs him in a hug like position and takes them both through the floor
my dad woke me up after that
